We provide low order quantity for your flexibility in our current market condition. (See chart here)
What is your Refund Policy?
The refund policy is negotiable base on your needs as a retail supplier.
If you do not provide a refund policy Off the Wagon LLC can assist by offering a no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If the customer is not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund their purchase right away once we receive the product in question. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving retail partnership.
What are your Payment Terms?
Our terms are negotiable based on the amount of units ordered. For small quantities under 100 units, the term is 15 days. Quantities over 100, we can provide a 30 day payment term.
Shipping Cost?
Negotiable per retailer needs.
We provide ground or freight shipping from inside the US. The shipping price will be added to the order. Bulk orders may be shipped from our manufacture with a 30 day lead time.
Do you Provide Product Samples?
Yes, we can provide you with a single unit, double pack and party pack. One of each are complimentary per retailer. Each unit or pack is supplied retail ready. Larger sample orders will require payment.
